The operational chain usually includes:

• matching source videos, SRT files, and episode numbers

• extracting and checking source dialogue when subtitles are unavailable

Translation cannot start until the source subtitles are ready. Timing and rendering cannot continue until the localized text is confirmed. If a terminology issue is discovered in the finished video, the team may have to return to an earlier file, revise it, and rebuild the output.
