SubtitleFly Launches Video Subtitle Translation Services
SubtitleFly is now live. We provide video subtitle translation services for short dramas, films, courses, interviews, and serialized content. Projects can begin with an existing SRT file or video material and can be delivered as translated subtitle files or videos with new subtitles burned in.
What we launched
SubtitleFly offers three subtitle translation options. If you already have an SRT file, we preserve its timeline and deliver a target-language SRT. If you only have video, we can begin from a video file or accessible link and prepare translated subtitles. If you provide both SRT and video, we can work from the existing timeline and deliver both the translated subtitle file and a video with the new subtitles.
When the source video already contains burned-in subtitles, we can assess the footage, confirm an appropriate removal approach, and add the new target-language subtitles when video delivery is required.
What SubtitleFly does
Video subtitle translation is more than replacing one sentence with another. SubtitleFly uses subtitle context to handle localized expression, subtitle length, and line breaks. We also extract and organize names, terminology, forms of address, and recurring expressions to reduce drift across a project or multi-episode series.
This is a managed delivery service rather than a collection of self-service tools. Once the materials, target language, and delivery format are confirmed, we run the subtitle workflow and organize the final files.
